Sensory Wiggle Room
Harvest Recreation Complex: Fridays 10am-11am
We would love for you to join us and we will cover the cost! When you arrive let them know you’re with Beyond The Label and have a great time!
“Sensory Wiggle Room is a fun, unstructured play program designed for children with adapted needs, ages 3–6 and 7–10. This calming and interactive space supports self-regulation, movement, focus, and emotional well-being in a safe and welcoming environment.
Children can explore, release energy, reduce anxiety, and strengthen sensory processing skills through hands-on activities and adaptive equipment. The room may include soft seating, sensory swings, crash pads, tactile walls, calming lights, fidget tools, balance equipment, and quiet spaces for relaxation.
The program encourages creativity, movement, and sensory exploration while providing a supportive setting where children can feel comfortable, engaged, and successful at their own pace”
Caregiver Event
We hope you can join us for our first parent + caregiver event. We wanted to offer a space for caregivers to relax for a minute and get to know each other, share ideas and thoughts, and make requests of us (BTL).
This Event is designed for Adults only.
Appetizers and drinks will be provided, and we ask that you RSVP.
SIBS Event - Skyzone
Mark your calendar for our next SIB Event - at Skyzone!
We know being a sibling to an individual with a disability is a unique experience. Our Sibling Events have the goal of connecting SIBS in our community to build something that is THEIRS.
This event will again be led by Jen Can. Jen is an ASD sibling, an ASD parent, and a behaviorist! She is a magical unicorn and she wants to provide a space and time for SIBS to connect, laugh, hand, just be themselves with others who get it.
While we love our ASD kiddos, this event is for SIBS ONLY.

Siblings! This Event is for YOU!
We know that being a sibling of an individidual with a disability is a unique experience. Our Sibling Events have the goal of connecting the sibs community to build something that is theirs.
This Event will again be led by Jen Can. Jen is an ASD sibling, and ASD parent, and a behaviorist! Jen is a magical unicorn and she wants to provide space and time for sibs to connect, laugh, hang, and just be themselves with others who get it.
And while we love our ASD kiddos, this event is ****SIBS AGES 10 & UP ONLY****
Please join us Tuesday, July 7th 9:30 a.m. at Cinemark Century Napa Valley Theatre for Minions + Monsters followed by breakfast. Beyond The Label will be covering the costs - we just ask that you RSVP!
Henley’s Helping Hands x Oakland Zoo
We will be paying for 10-15 families to visit the Oakland Zoo on July 6th, for FREE.
If you’re interested in participating please submit your request via the July 6th HHH x Oakland Zoo Interest Form and fill out the linked form.
The Form will be opened Monday, June 15th at 5 p.m. PST on the Henley’s Helping Hands page.
Space will be limited, and we will be granting requests on a first come first serve basis.
Granted requests will receive a confirmation email from us with ticket and parking info.
