All services are available in both English and Spanish to residents of Napa County.

North Bay Word Play
North Bay Word Play is a pediatric speech-language therapy practice in Napa, founded by Eleni Wilske, M.S., CCC-SLP. With over 11 years of experience, Eleni provides individualized, play-based therapy to help children build confident and functional communication skills.
Services support a wide range of speech-language needs, including speech or articulation disorders, phonological disorders, fluency disorders, apraxia of speech, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. The practice also offers support for children who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems such as Proloquo2Go and LAMP.
Eleni is committed to lifelong learning to better serve her clients and is currently completing the Gestalt Language Processing course by Meaningful Speech.
Therapy at North Bay Word Play is engaging, evidence-based, and guided by a whole-child approach that values collaboration with families to support meaningful progress across home and community settings.

Skill Mill Family Support Group
PURPOSE: Supportive Environment for families to get together, share and collaborate about meaningful topics that impact their developmentally disabled adult family member’s life.
WHEN & WHERE: The first Saturday of the month from 10:00-11:30 at The Skill Mill/ 743 Wilson St. Napa
TOPICS INCLUDE: SSI/SSDI, Representative Payee, Fiduciary Services, Special Needs Trusts, Safety Issues, Power of Attorney, Conservatorship, Medications, Regional Center, Diagnosis, Emergency Letter, Planning for the Future, Independent Living Skills, Community Resources, Transportation, Housing, Family Dynamics, Coping Skills, Learned Helplessness, Jobs, Volunteer Work, College, Learning Styles, Self-Care and More......
