  • North Bay Word Play

    North Bay Word Play is a pediatric speech-language therapy practice in Napa, founded by Eleni Wilske, M.S., CCC-SLP. With over 11 years of experience, Eleni provides individualized, play-based therapy to help children build confident and functional communication skills.

    Services support a wide range of speech-language needs, including speech or articulation disorders, phonological disorders, fluency disorders, apraxia of speech, autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. The practice also offers support for children who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems such as Proloquo2Go and LAMP.

    Eleni is committed to lifelong learning to better serve her clients and is currently completing the Gestalt Language Processing course by Meaningful Speech.

    Therapy at North Bay Word Play is engaging, evidence-based, and guided by a whole-child approach that values collaboration with families to support meaningful progress across home and community settings.

    PURPOSE: Supportive Environment for families to get together, share and collaborate about meaningful topics that impact their developmentally disabled adult family member’s life.

    TOPICS INCLUDE: SSI/SSDI, Representative Payee, Fiduciary Services, Special Needs Trusts, Safety Issues, Power of Attorney, Conservatorship, Medications, Regional Center, Diagnosis, Emergency Letter, Planning for the Future, Independent Living Skills, Community Resources, Transportation, Housing, Family Dynamics, Coping Skills, Learned Helplessness, Jobs, Volunteer Work, College, Learning Styles, Self-Care and More......

    Open Mind Learning, founded and directed by Caitlin Knowles, M.Ed., brings over 20 years of specialized experience in supporting autistic learners. With two master’s degrees, including one from an Ivy League university, Caitlin leads small, intentionally matched social skills groups that foster communication, flexibility, and connection through highly attuned and purposeful play. These groups help children build the skills they need for success in friendships, school, community, and their future. Open Mind Learning is known for its high level of communication between practitioners and parents, ensuring collaboration and shared growth. Early childhood early intervention offerings launch January 2026.

    Kidisthenics Fitness Company is a sensory-informed fitness program serving individuals with developmental disabilities ages 3+. Founded in 2018, Kidisthenics empowers clients to build emotional strength, confidence, and regulation through high-intensity movement training tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

    Through one-on-one sessions, group fitness, and social outings, clients engage in primitive movement training, rhythmic movement, and stress-relieving resistance work designed to support focus, coordination, and growth. With programs across California, Kidisthenics is dedicated to making fitness inclusive and accessible so that individuals of all abilities can lead more independent, fulfilling lives.
